Avengers: Wonder Man is revealed to be a being of pure ionic energy. (1977)

Flash (2000)

Justice League of America: One of the first JLA comics I owned, handed down from my uncle, before I started buying comics for myself. A JLA/JSA team-up that featured other characters within the larger DC Universe such as the Black Pirate, Enemy Ace, Jonah Hex and more. I continue to find early comics that are a cross section of multiple characters/Earths/etc within the DC Pantheon. Who says the multiverse is confusing? It all but ignited my curiosity and imagination and made me want to know more. (1978)

Wonder Woman: Brian K. Vaughan comes up with a story pitting Clayface against Diana in an attempt to steal her powers once he discovers that she was originally made from clay. It’s a bit of stretch but an interesting notion at the very least. (2000)
